Our bodies are the keys to properly processing and moving beyond our traumatic experiences. RhythmetriX is thrilled to partner with Grace Cochrain, a certified trauma coach, to help people utilize the power of rhythm, movement, and community to help overcome longstanding blocks, responses, and other residual impacts of traumatic experiences.
