Please note this is a ceremony and begins prompty. 

We  will begin with an intentional somatic cannabis ceremony lead by Joe Dinardo, founder of Embodied Healing, to bring heightened awareness into the present moment. We'll then move inside the venue for the ecstatic dance, which will feature a live musical journey from Max and Matthew of RhythmetriX on didge, tribal drums, handpan, and all sorts of cool percussive toys. There may or may not be instruments so  everyone can drum along with the music ;)  We'll then melt into the ground for a guided soundbath meditation. The evening wraps up with an integrative share lead by Max and Joe together where you can feel free to share, listen, neither, or both! 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get properly situated and not feel rushed. Remember friends -- this is a ceremony and begins promptly. We advise extra hydration the day of (and ideally the day before) the event. 

All cannabis is BYO and no cannabis is permitted to be smoked inside the building.
