Service Description
Join us for our newest (and potentially most potent) workshop yet: Trauma Release. We'll be partnering in collaboration with practicing psychologist Grace Cochran, and together, we'll flow through a course designed to bring up, process, and move through trauma by -- literally -- banging our huge drums in a physically gratifying, and emotionally uplifting manner. Grace, a psychologist who specializes in trauma, attends and participates in the sessions. Should you be interested, she offers 1 on 1 follow up sessions for extremely affordable rates.
