Our REMO endorsed founder and lead visionary, Max is a neurodivergent drummer with an eye for behavior and a playful disposition. With leadership experience across various industries and a thirst for understanding, Max's dream is to make the concept of drums as a legitimate mental health tool a commonly known phenomenon found all across the country and inevitably, around the world.

Michael feels every beat that comes off a drum. Whether he's on djembe, congas, dumbek, or the taiko, Michael knows how to keep a circle flowing and the rhythm going. With years of teaching a wide variety of children and adults with diverse ranges in age and backgrounds, Michael is a patient, fun, engaging facilitator who has a talent for understanding emotions and a great habit of leaving you with a smile.

Despite being a stickler for detail, Eve is always smiling -- that's why she's in charge of managing communications, organizing company materials, and providing support both internally and externally. A native to Philadelphia, Eve has worked in the operations of various non-profits, acting as a coordinator andadministrator.

Madison has a gift with language and a passion for helping people shift perspectives. Trained in Integral Coaching and Yoga Nidra, she holds an easy space for people to feel seen, heard, and validated in order to bring awareness to their current ways and support sustainable developmental capabilities for the future. With an extensive background in corporate partnerships, teaching language (she's a trained Spanish translator!), and helping everyone in her circle thrive when they need her most, we are thrilled to have a conscious communicator on our team who can facilitate a rhythmic experience with the best of em.

Our newest addition to the team, Carl is one of the hardest working drummers in the state of Colorado! Known for his excellent playing with the local wonder Dragondeer, Carl has performed on many of the biggest stages around, from Boulder Theater to Red Rocks! Carl brings a passion for working with children and excels in kids groups as well as teaching people how to play drum kit.
