How Drumming for Mental Health Works

No experience is necessary!

We are not teaching you to be great drummers, we are using drums to strengthen your ability to focus and regulate your emotions.

Programs can be 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

We practice concepts such as leaning into discomfort, paying attention on purpose, letting go of judgement, and having FUN with a group of people.
