What is Rhythmic Mindfulness?
Meditation in stillness can be an uncomfortably challenging practice. We transform that into enjoyment. Our signature Rhythmic Mindfulness protocol platforms a series of specific engagements to develop the same neural circuitries typically found with traditional meditation. Between the somatic experience of activating the entire body and the cognitive focus that results in cultivating layers of intentional awareness, Rhythmic Mindfulness is an accessible, inclusive, judgement-free zone that requires NO experience. Drums are simply the tools we use to achieve results.
Participants have reported increased feelings of connection between each other, a greater sense of awareness, strong emotional regulatory impact, easier-to-access creativity, and more readily accessible flow-states.

How It Works

No experience is necessary!

We are not teaching you to be great drummers, we are using drums to strengthen your ability to focus and regulate your emotions.

Programs can be 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

We practice concepts such as leaning into discomfort, paying attention on purpose, letting go of judgement, and having FUN with a group of people.
